Last month I told you guys I was starting a weightloss journey with Shaklee 180. Time for an update!

This me after a full month on the program:
The thing I'm most excited about? Losing more than 11 pounds as well as the inches lost in my waist and hips. Here's a summary:
How am I liking the program so far?
I still really like the smoothee mixes. My favorite by far is the chocolate blended with a frozen banana and peanut butter. I've also purchased some Frontier organic flavor extracts to increase variety in my smoothee flavors. I also really like the chocolate peanut butter meal-in-a-bar - it tastes like a delicious granola bar treat.
I also love that Shaklee 180 products are GMO soy free, preservative free and artificial ingredient free. It helps me feel great about what I'm putting in my body and it help me not freak out when my son wants to taste what I'm eating.
I know a lot of you are interested in finding weight loss programs that work and even though I am only one month in, I feel great about recommending this program to anyone looking for a healthy weightloss program that works.
