Shaklee 180 Turnaround: Month 3 Update

I'm three months into my Shaklee 180 turn around. Here is a current update on my progress

I'm now three months in and here are my stats:

Sorry no picture: I don't have a picture for this month. At the end of May I had some not-Shaklee related health issues and felt really horrible for a couple weeks. By the time I was feeling up to doing a picture, we were already half way through the month and it felt weird to take a picture for month 3 when I was really already halfway into month 4. I'll have a month 4 picture, though. Promise.

Exercise: My goal at the end of month 2 was to spend more time in month 3 being active. My plan was the ride my bike more often and buy a Zumba video game. I did ride my bike more than I had the month before but not as much as I should have. I feel like I had success with ordering and using the Zumba Fitness Game with my wii - this is something else I could have done more of. Month 4 goals: more of each of these. 

Discouragement: It feels kind of silly to say that I feel discouraged about my weight loss. The truth is, I've lost almost 20 pounds! And more than 16 inches! These are significant numbers. My husband notices, my friends notice and at the same time I feel kind of stuck. I'm almost entirely sure it's related to my activity level so I'm trying to stay focused on getting re-kick started through activity.

ALSO I've got friends who've been impressed enough with my results so far and have decided to join me on this journey.   1. Oh hon, don't be discouraged you've made amazing progress and slow and steady wins the race. The weight did not come on over night and it won't come off that fast either! I am cheering for you and super proud of you! Simply amazing your results! Don't give up you can do this and thank you for your honesty and sharing with all of us! It is an inspiration!
