How to Make Coffee Creamer

Coffee creamer is one of those things that really makes or breaks your cup of coffee. Almost all store bought creamers, however, are made with a variety of GMO derived ingredients including corn syrup solids or high fructose corn syrup. EW. Luckily, making your own creamer is super easy and cost efficient, too!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup organic milk
  • 1 cup organic sweetened condensed milk (I get mine at Trader Joe's)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a jar with a lid.
  2. Shake ingredients until well combined.
  3. Store in fridge. Expiration date for creamer is the same as the expiration date of the milk you used to make it.
Try experimenting with different flavors like cinnamon, coconut, almond or mint instead of the vanilla. My favorite flavors are the Organic Flavors from Frontier Natural Products.

This creamer is great in hot coffee or added to iced coffee for a tasty cold treat.
