It is found in a documentary video on Japan. I saved the link right on the beginning of the tutorial. I found the whole video interesting though as it explains Japanese moss gardening in depth and gave me multiple ideas to get my creativity going. The next question I had was where to find the "special soil" used. With a little more digging I learned that Bonsai soil is what was used.
