Sunny Days Smoothie Bowl Recipe



Ingredients

  • 1 banana*, peeled
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt*
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1-2 strawberries*, sliced
  • 1/3 cup blackberries*
  • 1 sprig mint*
*Creative Green Living recommends purchasing these ingredients as organic where available to avoid GMOs, pervasive pesticides and/or questionable farming practices.


Directions

STEP 1 

Add banana, orange juice, yogurt and mangoes in a blender jar and blend until smooth and no chunks remain.

STEP 2

Pour your smoothie into a bowl or mug and top with sliced strawberries, blackberries and mint.
